GCI Restaurant Group was founded in 2001 by Hai Lin with the opening of the company’s first restaurant in Tower Place Mall in downtown Cincinnati. In 2008, the company expanded its vision with the creation of Global Cuisine International (GCI), focusing on developing restaurant concepts designed specifically for high-traffic retail environments.
